Chemical Dosing Service

When the chemistry isn't matched to your water, scale, corrosion and biological growth build up between visits.

  • —Supply of scale and corrosion inhibitor and biocides
  • —Monthly site visit with on-site testing

Automated Dosing System

Manual and timer dosing can't follow the load, so the system is over-fed one week and under-fed the next.

Conductivity Controller & Auto Bleed-off

Bleeding by habit wastes water. Bleeding too little lets dissolved solids climb until they scale.

Side-stream Filter Installation

Suspended solids settle in condenser tubes and shield bacteria from the biocide.

Condenser Loop Flushing Service

Scale, sludge and biofilm build up through the whole condenser loop, not just the tubes. Approach temperature climbs, the compressor works harder and biocide can't reach what's underneath.

  • —Biofilm and slime dispersion ahead of the descale
